Selected Case Studies and Experience

  • Travelled to Indigenous communities across Canada to settle claims of sexual and physical abuse at residential schools for the Indian Residential Schools Adjudication Secretariat
  • Arbitrated construction disputes between homeowners and builders for the Canadian Commercial Arbitration Centre
  • Provided corporate mindfulness training to the Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada, National Gallery of Canada, Sun Life, Cirque du Soleil, Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada, Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation and Canada Post in collaboration with Potential Project, a global leadership training firm
  • Co-delivered mediation-training sessions for the Canadian Transportation Agency and to the Inuit community family mediators in Iqaluit, Nunavut
  • Consulted in Guinea-Bissau, West Africa for the International Peace and Prosperity Project, a violence prevention organization, where he worked on civil armed violence prevention
