After achieving an extensive background in social work, psychology, and law, Philippe Patry found his passion in helping people settle disputes and achieve peace of mind in the workplace. With over 17 years of experience as a neutral worker and 10 years as a mindfulness practitioner, Philippe established his career as a conflict resolution consultant providing organizations across the province and beyond with successful workplace investigation and mediation solutions to help maintain a positive work environment and a cohesive culture.

  • Arbitrated construction disputes between homeowners and builders for the Canadian Commercial Arbitration Centre
